No. The Agency cannot be responsible for the client and his compliance with the Lease Agreement, nor can he protect you in the event of damage, or be responsible for the damage caused. The agency is here to provide you with a rental agreement in which mutual rights and obligations are regulated, in accordance with the agreement of the contracting parties. Violation of any provision of the contract is the basis of contractual liability for damages.
If you cannot resolve the disagreements amicably with the lessor/tenant, you will have to seek protection of your rights on the court. Also, the deposit institute is a type of protection, which you can read more about in our FAQ section - basic terms.
The commission during the sale/rent of real estate is paid by the seller/lessor in accordance with the obligations defined in the brokerage contract.
Our agents can always give you an estimating selling price based on many years of experience but the final selling price is determined by the property owner.

That is why it is important that we have a professional relationship in cooperation with you and that you are open for suggestions regarding the price, so that it does not deviate too much from the market price, as well as that you are available for negotiations. If you sell/rent out on your own or with another partner agency, you need to let us know as soon as possible, so we can tek it off from the market.
